Can't believe it's almost September...

This month went by so fast and I'm getting so big! I love to talk and I will try to say just about any word you ask me to try. Some of my favorites are: purse, doggies, babies, bye bye, hi, back, happy, book, outs (outside), milk, eat, dance, up, bubbles, bac bac (chicken), juice, wa wa (water), more, please, all done, and cheese (especially when a camera is out)!

I love to put on hats and here I am celebrating with Karen for her Birthday this month! :)

I also love playing in my pool... here I am playing with Frosty Pops and with Baily... she was so funny jumping in and out of my pool!

I also played with 2 of my friends that I don't see two often... I played with Jedidiah (Sarah Minter's baby) and Carter (Amanda Brown/May's baby) and I met Coen May for the first time. I kept sneaking off from playing with Jedidiah and Carter to go and rock Coen in his swing... Mommy would find me standing in front of him pushing him.

I also celebrated Gradma's Birthday this month... here's Mommy taking Grandma out for a pedicure and manicure for her special day before meeting us at dinner.

Family Vacation... Part 2

Daddy, Mommy, & I surprised our family in Paris and it was so much fun! I loved spending time with Pa Pa, Gigi, Nancy, Jess, Jan, and Grandma's friend and seeing the sights in Paris!

We packed a lot into a couple of days... here some of my favorite things that we did: took the trains (subways) everywhere, visited the Eifel Tower, went to the Louvre, visited the Arc de Triumph, ate at Bastille Square, went to Montmarte, visited Notre Dame and climbed all the stairs to the top, took a dinner cruise, and the list could keep on going!
While we were there I loved scaring Pa Pa... and well, he loved scaring me too! Now if Mommy asks me to say Grandpa or Pa Pa all that I will say is "cccaaa" and put my hand up like I'm scaring someone!

Jess almost gained a new nickname on the trip... Bubbles! That's one of my new words and I say it pretty darn cute if I do say so myself!

One of my other new tricks is saying "Cho Cho" when talking or seeing trains! I loved the subways and was excited everytime I saw one coming our way!

Family Vacation... Part 1

I love family vacations and I am having a great July! Mommy, Daddy, & I got to go on a big trip this month! The three of us went to London for a few days and then met up with Grandpa (Pa Pa), Gigi, Jess, Nancy, Jan, and one of Gigi's friends for a few days in Paris!

I loved the time we spent in London... we visited the London Eye, walked through many pretty parks with lots of birds, saw Big Bend, the Westminster Abby, Buckingham Palace, St. James Cathedral, the London Bridge, took the double decker bus around town, took a tour through the Tower of London, and went to my favorite place... Hamley's Toy Store!

Mommy's Mother's Day Gift... Pics of Me!

I had professional pictures taken last week and I wasn't in the best of moods while it was happnening. Turns out I was getting 3-4 teeth that day so that's why I was pretty grumpy!

Mommy was really worried about how they would turn out, but, Melanie sent one (a teaser) in emal today and Mommy really likes it! Just thought I would share the teaser and add more as soon as they are ready!

Staying Busy...

Well, I've been staying busy the last couple of weeks! Mommy
and I had a garage sale with Aunt Karen and Justin last weekend! It was pretty fun but I did sleep through part of it!

The 4th of July weekend was great... Daddy, Pops, Grammy, Mommy, and I worked on new floors at our house! I love the new floors, it's easy to ride my little car all over the place now!

This weekend was also great because Grand Dot was in town and Aunt Ginger and Uncle Greg came in for a visit! We went out to the lake with Christy & Byron and Ginger & Greg and I had so much fun driving the boat with Daddy!

Summertime...

This has been a really busy summer so far and there's so much fun to come... I have spent a lot of time playing outside at Grammy's, Grandma's, Aunt Mimi's and at home with Mommy & Daddy! Here's Daddy and me being goofy in our hats! :)

I love to go to parks and go down the slides and I love pools and sprinklers! One day this month I went to a sprinkler park and then to Zilker to ride the train, it was so much fun but I was so tired!

I also love hanging out with Blake and Haley and have spent a lot of time over at their house playing in the back yard... they have a big trampoline, a slip and slide and Blake drives me all over their yard in his jeep, I love it!!!

When I'm not outside I love to sing and dance to my dvds and I love to read my books. I've also been practicing tons of new words... here's a quick list of what I can say: no, more, yes, daddy, momma, my me, ball, baby, bow, milk (sounds like duck), duck, dog, Bailey, Trix, Max, stinky, grapes (beeps), please, Blake, Pops, Bob, water (wa wa), nose, belly button (be be be be)... and more! I am learning so many new animal sounds too... elephant, skunk, bear, cat, rabbit, snake, horse, sheep, bee, and my favorites: fish, bird, dog! We're attaching a vide below with some of them!
